I Believe...
1.) I believe in the infallibility of the Scriptures, and that they have been preserved free-from-error for the English speaking people in the form of the King James Bible. The King James Bible is preserved "Scripture", and not "just a translation". If it's not preserved, it's not Scripture. If it's not Scripture, it's not the word of God, but a fallible translation of man. "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." 2 Timothy 3:16-17
2.) I believe all other English versions of the Bible are NOT free from error. These corrupt versions act more as ecumenical spiritual leavening agents, instead of adhering the explicit Scriptural command that the Body of Christ is to be an "unleavened" organism (1 Cor. 5:7). The existence of over 200 different "Bible" versions causes confusion within the Church, and "God is not the author of confusion" (1 Cor. 14:33).
3.) I believe in the Trinity of the Godhead (Father, Son & Holy Ghost). "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." 1 John 5:7
4.) I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was born of a virgin (Luke 1:35), and that He is literally God manifest in the flesh (Isa. 9:6, Matt. 1:23). "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." 1 Timothy 3:16
5.) I believe that mankind and the entire Universe is under a curse known as "sin", and that this curse separates man from personal fellowship with his Creator. God is Holy and Sinless. Mankind and the creation is not. In scientific circles, this "curse" is outwardly manifest in the Law of Entropy – EVERYTHING eventually wears out and falls to pieces (It's an observable law of nature).
6.) I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY of salvation and that your own "good works" can contribute nothing towards saving your soul. A "head knowledge" of a man known as "Jesus" cannot save you. Water baptism cannot save you. Eating a piece of unleavened bread and drinking a glass of fermented liquor cannot save you. Outwardly joining a "church" cannot save you. Getting "religion" cannot save you. ONLY JESUS CAN SAVE YOU.
7.) I believe that salvation is through forsaking your own self-righteousness, and claiming as your own, the finished work and blood atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ as accomplished upon the cross. The Lord Jesus Christ did this FOR YOU, because YOU cannot do it yourself. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
8.) I believe a literal Heaven awaits those saved by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that the saved will live and reign with Christ at His return.
9.) I believe a literal Hell awaits those who reject the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that the lost will spend their eternity in a literal Lake of Fire with Satan and his angels.
10.) I believe in a literal and personal fallen cherub known as "Satan", who is a master of deceit and is currently the "god" of this world and the spiritual father of the unsaved.
11.) I believe that the 12 tribes of Israel, manifest today as the nation of Israel, remain "God's chosen people" and HAVE NOT been replaced by the Body of Christ. While it's true that Israel still remains in unbelief regarding their Messiah (the Lord Jesus Christ), "God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew", but they are currently "enemies" for our sakes and only a "remnant" of the literal seed of Abraham will be saved during the Church Age (Rom. 11:1-5 & 25-28). God will turn back to the Jews during the Tribulation Period, because the "Jews require a sign" (1 Cor. 1:22). Signs and wonders (fire from heaven, turning water into blood, healing the sick, etc.) have ALWAYS been a sign to Israel that God is dealing with THEM and NOT dealing with the Gentiles. There are NO signs and wonders in this age because God is currently dealing with the Gentiles – not the nation of Israel.
12.) I believe that born-again Christians will be supernaturally removed from planet Earth prior to the time of "Jacob's Trouble", while God returns to deal with the nation of Israel through miraculous signs and wonders. During this time, Satan will literally be cast down to the Earth, and his son (known as the "Antichrist") will rise to world power and deceive the world into thinking that he is God Himself.
13.) I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will return bodily to planet Earth to establish His Eternal Kingdom. After Christ and His saints reign for 1,000 years, the Devil will be loosed from the Bottomless Pit to lead a final assault against God. This war will culminate with the destruction of Satan. (see Rev. 19 & 20)
