For many Christians, the first immediate reaction to a serious Biblical look at extraterrestrial life is to belittle the issue and think; "Ha, ha, aliens?! You gotta be kidding me?!" But if you corner that same scoffer and ask them for sincere, solid Scriptural proof "for" or "against" the matter, you'll find them strangely silent. It is written; "He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him." (Prov. 18:13) I suppose it's only natural to shrug-off such a subject whose primary advocacy is seemingly rooted in campy science fiction films, misidentified birds or planes, and the occasional "UFO cult". If this were all the "evidence" undergirding the phenomenon, the ridicule is undoubtedly deserved. However, the hollow allegations of Hollywood and nutty, UFO religions are not the proofs which force this phenomenon into the realm of "serious consideration". The evidence runs much, much deeper than that. The public testimonies of strong, credible witnesses alone, should be enough to convince any court judge that "something real" is going on here. And, for the Bible-believing Christian, such frank, candid claims should be enough to persuade them that maybe, just maybe, there's more to this issue than meets the eye. Perhaps that initial knee-jerk reaction of scorn and mockery should be reconsidered?

Proof of "Something" Real

While this small selection of testimonies only touches the tip of the what-in-the-world-is-going-on iceberg, the blunt, straightforward nature of many of these quotes is shocking. For a phenomenon that involves mysterious, unidentified flying objects and alleged nonhuman life forms to garner such far-reaching global support, and to trigger such voluminous credible comments (while at the same time being ignored by mainstream media outlets and news organizations), clearly indicates that THE PHENOMENON IS REAL. The thing that's not so "clear" however, is the source, motive and origin of the phenomenon. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world." (1 John 4:1-3) Aliens, Angels & Outer Space!
